| Full payment is
due 45 days from the invoice date. The invoice date, specified on the invoice,
is the date the merchandise is shipped. Buyer will be notified of the shipping
date via email. |
| A 10% penalty will
be added to the total due if payment is not made on or before the due date. |
| 6.75% sales tax
will be added to the final price for buyers located in North Carolina.
Buyer agrees to pay CADToolsOnline.com the sales tax, or provide the acceptable
tax exemption certificate when submitting the purchase order. |
| In all cases where
we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds, CADToolsOnline.com will
assess a $50.00 fee. |
| The buyer agrees
to pay all of CADToolsOnline.com's reasonable attorney's fees and all collection
agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed and not paid
when due. |
| CADToolsOnline.com
is not to be accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God
or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. |
| By submitting a
purchase order to CADToolsOnline.com, you agree to all of the conditions
as set forth by the CADToolsOnline.com Purchase Order Agreement. |
